Information about the personal data Tridasoft processes as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Data controller

Data we process
When you fill in a form on this site we record your name, email address, phone number and company if given, and the content of your message. The quote form also stores the service, sector, budget range and timing you selected.
Purpose
The data is used only to reply to your enquiry and run the conversation that follows. You are not added to a marketing list and nothing is sold to third parties.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for a reasonable period after the conversation ends and are then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Transfers
Data is held on the servers of our hosting provider. It is not transferred to any other third party, in Türkiye or abroad.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the law you have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to the email address below to exercise these rights.
